That’s all very nice if I were not a senior. Georgia notably Savannah is on my bucket list, but can you show some spots for regular folks like me, retired teacher, and not into being part of the glamorous scene and I’ve aged out of staying in a Marriott. Thx.

Terrible place to live. The police Chief Ashley Brown is a nazi style Chief. He does not respect anyone's rights and has proven it. If you want to live under that kind of police department, then go ahead and make a fool out of yourself. Just be wise to how they work there. It is un-american to say the least.

Do you think the real estate markets about the bust.. I have seen it it's a sellers market right now.. something comes up for sale it's gone two or three days later.. it can't last long.. I guess I'm not an expert..

Hey Gary - great question for sure and a valid concern of many. I do believe it’s Inevitable for this crazy hot real estate to run it’s course at some point. However, it my opinion our listed inventory is so historically low at this given time, that even with a drastic negative shift in the economy or real estate market - it would take around 18 to 24 months for us to see any real decrease in home values.

It is! I have been living in pooler for 8 years now and I can walk anywhere but for people who have walking disability well pooler is making changes to that so people can walk with disabilitys

You got that crap right I've been dealing with this agent he throw me under the bus cuz he didn't have time... that we laid down had credit approval from the bank.. with the deposit 3 days later gets back with us and says the household... enjoy your Channel and thank you I have learned a lot
