Have enjoyed your just culture introductory as you quoted it's being a fair culture too.. Self being in Aviation despite having the reporting Systems there was still an element of injustice & fear From some co workers in reporting themselves.. Noticing that Company's Culture some how goes along with the National Culture ( the Sort of people) where it's indeed very hard to have the Mentality of some Seniors or individuals in understanding how to apply just Culture.. The needs to improve by not taking punitive measures against individuals who solely reported themselves !! Trust is something to reward to regain loyalty there's only one chance of the first impression... Unfortunately in some incidents that hasn't been the case yet Many told me we've decided not to file any reports simply because they were feeling Vunerable or even becoming Whistle Blower they felt critical of loosing their Jobs ....

Just one more tool for the evil guys to supress opposition in the company ! how you gonna prevent this to happen ?????

Air Turbulence surrounding and grounding Indian Pilot's careers has become the new normal of civil aviaton in India. CAA UK can visit DGCA India in New Delhi for conducting evidence based training workshops for air turbulence de-rostered helpless pilots in India.

Pilots Federation of India and Indian Commercial Pilots Association need to view and like this video.

CAA International professionals can present at the WINGS India Civil Aviation Exhibition to be held in 2024 by the Ministry of Civil Aviation India.

Hi Capt Cullen. With the introduction of EBT training should the formal PPC for licence renewal be changed or should the PPC follow the prvious format.

A powerful video with strong messages. It would have been nice to see some appropriate background pictures/videos whilst Mr Drissell talks to make this video even more effective and relevant. There is certainly a need for videos such as this one to enhance and address individuals' responsibilities and ownership; this material can be shown on appropriate courses and, in general, used to reach the aviation community with this fundamental point.
