I felt season 2 looked way better then season 1

I just thought that the romance ark of the bear is its weakest element. Coming in exactly at the time when he starts shouting about how he should not be in a romantic relationship felt so cliché it hurt a bit. Usually, good writing, but that part felt like a mistake. Like an executive saying, hey to get a bigger audience we need a romantic interest to push up the drama. So the finale of season 2 felt like a letdown. The mother angle and group dynamic of the staff is much more fascinating to me.

how tf can a dragon be scientifically accurate
@duyle557
@duyle557 4 күн бұрын
The dragons in the show, although cool looking, are far from being scientifically accurate. Their wing design was based off of birds, narrow and long which would make it impossible for web-base wings to glide. If they flap their wings they can only go up, not forward. Bird wings are unique in that each feather is an individual wing in itself so more surface area will generate a greater difference in air pressure allowing lift. All scientific web-wing animals like bats and pterosaurs need more surface area to move forward so the skin needs to run down the body and attach to the hind limbs and tail like modern day bats. Even a human flying squirrel suit use this same principle to glide so no, these dragons will fall face first if they attempt flight.

As a tennis player this movie was hard to watch. This scene is a perfekt example why. The idea of a POV Tennis ball isn´t bad in the first place but a tennis ball usually spins forward, so this doesn't feel realistic at all. Also the way the actors move feels just wrong. I didn't expect much and I was still disappointed.

I just don’t understand why they call it a comedy. There are characters with humor but it’s a drama.

I've worked in many kitchens before, of many calibres, but never in one where the menus require such intricate cooking and plating. This means a lot of handling. So, I have a genuine question: is it realistic that there are so few people working in this kitchen?

Man...screw the Michelin star chefs. Give me the real story of us 16-24 yr old bus boys, waitstaff, bartenders, dishwashers & sous chefs who lugged monster ice sculptures, stole the general managers car time and time again, jumped the 18th hole on our way to drop off linens, beat 40 yr old rich ladies off trying to hit on us as we chased their 20 yr old daughters bored to death in the middle of nowhere surrounded by all us resort workers at the #1 most traveled to resort in the country the 4-6 years after the filming of Dirty Dancing at resort. Not one story on The Bear could come close to the absolute late 80's/early 90's insanity we had in the middle of nowhere NC. I really should write a book!

I know that Matty Matherson was one of the consultants for this show, and I don't deny that he was an important piece for the realism of it, but the only backstage pictures you shown was of Courtney Storer helping the cast on set, so not puting her name in the title nor her picture in the thumbnail of the video together with Matty's is kinda of a disservice to her imho.

As a tennis player, this movie had me surprised cause it had so little tennis. Major rules broken during the match, zendaya steals the movie(in the worst way) characters are feel detached from reality, the angles are odd at best. It felt like it tried hard to be cool. In the end, watching an actual tennis match has more substance
