I first saw the Gibson Brothers at the 2nd or 3rd Joe Val Festival in Newton MA in 1994 or so, where I bought their first album - "Under a Harvest Moon" I think - on cassette. I wanted to buy a tee-shirt as well, for my girlfriend, but all they had left was size X-L, which would have been too big. Leigh said to me, "Maybe you should get a bigger girlfriend!" I have admired and followed their music ever since.
