Thank you very much for posting this, it was exactly the cure I needed and worked exactly as you stated. Now if you only had a cure for the tractor dropping to 1500 rpm every time I used it! Thanks again for taking the time to help others.

Just to add clarity, this worked for me on a Workmaster 75.

I have a t4.75 with 300 hrs. Its been down for 6 months. Still under warranty but new holland will not stand behind them. The engine needs software. No repairs in site at this time. Junk tractor. Buyer beware. Junk..

I appreciate the tip for those that don’t have “proper” tools for this. Anything is better than having these flaps sticking out on my edges.

That is not a file you are using. It is a coarse/fine grade wood rasp, not the right tool for that job. A 4 inch grinder with sanding disc or even a drill with a sanding disc would work much better, then a fine, single cut flat file to finish it off.

And he is still filing to this day, half the cabinets are left

Don't listen to these morons. Thanks for the tip. You should try to use a finer file to give it a nice finish.

You can do a good job with a file for small jobs like this but the big problem is that he is trying to do this while holding the camera. And it looks like he placed the edging to high on the top necessitating more trim work.

Half the fun of diy projects is you get to buy the tools to complete the job professionally. This is far from professional. Just stop.

If you put masking tape along the top edge as soon as you start tearing the masking tape you know your flush and too stop filing
