I can’t target my chest with dips. I feel it too much in my shoulders and triceps I only feel my chest really working when I do cross body movements like flyes and cables etc

So affective. But so much people dip there head then the cheast is inverted go a little lighter the cheast has to be pouted out and facing up. I always hold and sqeez. Thats my way but you do get the most from it. Ge To Loads ove blood in the pecs another great video 😉
