Bro i m a bachelors student ,clearly dont have the expertise but i was watching utube vdos about these topics. I would say if u r not interested in research and just want a degree ..go for state universities ..they r less hectic and u will surely get degree easily but do enquire about the nature of the supervisor. .getting a phd degree mostly depends upon the nature of ur supervisor
