Good footage without the drum machine and the synth, but I can get rid of them by turning off the sound. Then of course you can't hear the motors and the voices, which is what I really want to hear.

Reminds me of Richard Brasher's "rotation station" combat planes in Northern California. He and Norman had custom crankshafts made for the Fox .36 combat special. His plane could do 10 loops in six seconds. Crazy days those were.
@EmoWillcox3 ай бұрын
THanks for the response were you friends with Richard Brasher? I heard alot of amazing storied about Richard Brasher but never got to meet him.
@matshagstrom98393 ай бұрын
I was a kid at the time. Brasher was legendary for two things. He had planes that were faster and outmaneuvered ALL other planes. He was one of the first to use styrofoam. He also had an intense personality and would rage when he was angry. There was a local term called “Brasherizing” which meant stomping on your plane and destroying it because you were mad. I saw him do that several times. Not on a crashed plane but on a good plane. He would literally stomp his plane if he got upset. He and a guy named Norm McFadden often came together. I used to fly at the field in Redwood City California. He would sometimes show up. He drove me to a couple of meets before I had my own car. Those planes were wicked fast and he knew how to fly them. Those Fox combat specials with the custom crankshaft would scream. The crank that came with the engine was known to spontaneous break. That was fixed and the opened up the port in the crank allowing more air/fuel into the engine. He was a mad man and a brilliant flyer/builder. I also flew often with Richard Lopez who designed the “Matador and lil Matador) Lopez and Brasher couldn’t stand each other. I still have my planes but I don’t think I could handle those speeds today. Be well, Mats Hagstrom
