No Good because the tuna salad would be cold or luke warm at best. The best Tuna Melts are the ones where the entire sandwich is piping hot.

I tried a recipie of this which uhm I didn't have heavy cream which was uhhh not good I also put in the lemon juice too early which messed it up so bad This looks so good tho Maybe I'll make it another time
