Oh no! Sounds like it was faulty. I’ve heard of the NuFace needing to be replaced every 12 months but not heard about any problems with the ZIIP. Hope CB sort you with a replacement soon!

I haven’t found it has helped with skin texture. I’m late 30s and have more visible pores than I used to, which is common with aging. What has worked best for me is Niacinamide based products and using an oil based cleanser as my first cleanse at night and cleansing with a gel based cleanser in the morning. Previously I only used balm and cream cleaners in the evening and no cleanser in the morning but these simple tweaks have made a big difference x

You're welcome! So I have a really defined jawline and so I didn't really use the device in this area because of that, I focused more on my problem areas. There is a dedicated program for jowls / jawline though and you can use all the standard programs on your jawline. In terms of results, mine have remained but I am still using the device 3 times a week. I think you will always need to use a device like this to keep results but if you have an occasional break to go on holiday then you won't lose the results because the nanocurrent has long lasting effects.

I had mine done 20 years ago and I didn't really wear much makeup then, in terms of a base. I don't know how much makeup you like to wear in terms of coverage but if it were me I would go in with something light such as a tinted moisturiser or BB cream and blend with a Beauty Blender, or I'd just spot conceal the areas I wanted to. When it heals a little you will be able to take the stud out to apply makeup and pop it back in easily. Hope that helps a little!

I have dry skin with occasional hormonal breakouts and I find my skin is clearer when I use this. It has niacinamide in which can be helpful for acne prone skin. It’s also a gel cream so not too heavy or rich.

Wow you sound like a BOJ fan too! I can imagine the AHA BHA toner could be drying. If you still have it you could maybe just use once or twice a week in the evenings for some exfoliation and hopefully that won't dry your skin too much. The cream is lovely, it's a gel like cream so especially perfect for summer if you have dry skin and all year round with more oily skin. Enjoy!
