Every single one has front wheels that are not on straight … the Chinese sweatshop where they are made obviously cannot be arsed resetting the welding jig. I bought mine from AD on line and was so disappointed with the quality that I took it straight back to the local AD shop. They didn’t really want to take it back until pointed out that I didn’t even need a reason to return things bought on line. They also claimed they had had no other complaints about them …. Really 🤔

I have a Matrix barrow as reviewed and I think it's absolute crap. The build quality is awful, the wheels don't go on straight and the handle on mine doesn't line up because it has been welded out of true. When loaded the whole thing flexes in use because the metal used is so thin. Went back to using my old barrow and will sell the Matrix one.

Build quality for mine is not good, a couple handwheels have broke. Welds have snapped and box section areas split. So now I don't have a place for the vertical retaining piece as my front wheels now go into them. One of the handwheels you tighten to hold the handles in place broke so had to drill through and use a wingnut and bolt. Otherwise the size is ideal, I like you can alter the height of the handles and both the carry bag and trolley bag are decent hard-wearing. I've yet to find a really good match trolley, would still be using my carp porter if I had a van.

Always take a battery charger…they are not expensive, people don’t because they are lazy, ill prepared and full of excuses…even my kids carry portable chargers! How many times do people ask for a charging cable or battery charger when they are out? Loads! People are also not aware that an emergency call is boosted by the phone and the receiving equipment for those calls is very sensitive. Lastly, unless you are a hermit with zero friends or relatives you have the option of texting someone before you leave to let them know where you are going and what time you intend to return. That’s without an app…imagine the extra benefit of actually downloading something for free as the icing on the cake. A panic alarm is better than a whistle because if you are incapacitated and struggle to breath how eg broken ribs how are you going to blow a whistle? A crappy pull cord pa is only a couple of quid. A wrist watch panic alarm is less than £10. Modern battery chargers come with a solar panel and led lights that can be set to flash as an alert system and uses very little energy. I’m sure I will be slated but that’s just modern Britain these days.
