I'm writing from Bulgaria and from a year ago I understood about grounding. But I live in place near to mountain and when it's winter the earth is cold. And I wondering how to stay barefoot outside or to do something in my home. I'm 1000% agree with that movie. Thank you so much

I almost never wear shoes, I’m always in the sand, dirt, mud and grass…… you name it I’m in it. I have been barefoot all my life. At 63, and Still barefoot every day. I’m still very sick with my lungs, I have chronic insomnia, my feet are in terrible condition, the skin on my feet are horrible looking. I love to go barefoot and I hate shoes. Still I’m not well.

Does it need to be skin to skin? Can i lean back on a tree with a shirt on? Does it have to be dirt? Does sand work? Walking barefoot on the sidewalk work?

I cannot say enough about this gift the earth gives to us each day. I literally found this movie one night when I was in pain from my hips down my legs and I could not sleep. It was 3 a.m. and I flipped on the TV and Netflix and it came up first. I watched with great focus -- wow -- I have always been a barefoot when I can kinda gal ... hands and feet in dirt ... love the walk at the beach on sand and water. My husband has worked in food service for over 50 years and he is broken. Knees, hips, back, legs ... OK ... sooooooo, I started with a mat under my feet. Totally skeptical. Until I felt relief. I then forced (ha) my uber skeptical husband to sleep on it for a night. And ... he actually slept. A full 8 hours and woke up feeling better. He sleeps on the mat every night and I invested in a full grounding blanket. I feel GREAT!! 63. Not able to be on HRT. Miracle.

An amazing story and video. I have just ordered a grounding sheet for my bed and a grounding matt for my chair when I'm seated. I have spinal stenosis and fractured vertebrea, myalgia pain and depression. Perhaps , I hope, that this will help me become human again.

Just got my grounding kit last Wednesday! Is it ok to use a GFCI , Ground fault circuit interrupter instead of a grounding plug? I have ordered your 40 foot cord with the grounding rod, is that safer to use?

Great movie. Saw some products now being sold. What about safety protocols? What if it is lightning outside? Should the rod be disconnected to the product or the wall outlet?

I have a question someone please reply!! So I made a grounding Matt out of mesh copper and attached it to grounding wire. If I run that to a grounding rod outside my window do I need a fuse or resistor incase of lightning strikes?? TIA!

No body talks about the Creator our Heavenly Father who created all this. God created the universe & all that is in it.
@lr173213 күн бұрын
The FORCE of Nature is clealy implying some creative FORCE behind all of life. Most humans recognize there is a creator behind all things. But a religious perspective of a heavenly father is yours; and others with this particular religious opinion, and is not everyones perspective. But I cant speak for whoever made this documentary.

That's why our ancestors from India didn't wear thick shoes; they had either slippers made of wood or maximum-sole shoes called jutties. Yes, earthing was an ancient way to be healthy and peaceful. Modern Western world industries have created enormous diseases in the human body.

I just bought a Clint Ober mattress earthing mat 3 days ago. Day 1: I had vivid dreams and woke up refreshed 1-hour earlier than normal and had a productive, amazing day with only a small reduction in osteoarthritis pain. Day 2: I felt no osteoarthritis pain at all after years of suffering and thousands of dollars trying every biohack I could discover and afford. Tomorrow is day 3 and I’m relaxing in bed on my grounding mat looking forward to another beautiful day. Thank you Clint Ober for your contribution to humanity!

Excited to find your film. Viewing from Canon City, CO USA. I'd like to share this film in my community. Please let me know how I can help facillitate that. I investigated this looking for a non-narcotic treatment for my 89 year old father. We are trying it out since June 2024. I am noticing improvement on his part and mine! Thanks for sharing this information with us! I plan on taking the courses offered online through the Earthing Institute soon,

I live in warm climate, therefore i am barefoot and bareskin most of the year. I run on a beach barefoot every day and dont suffer any pain. But whenever i go office, hospital or dentist, sitting in an artificial environment, surrounded by computers, TV s, artificial lighting and recycled air- my heart start beating very fast, i become hot and cold and clammy, with nausea and dizziness. Of course, i can't wait to get out. It is hard to imagine how people spend hours every day working in such environment. I used to work in a office in the 90th. But without computers or led lighting, with window being opened for fresh air. It is very different now. How people do not sense it is beyond me.

You have it good compared to most of us slaves. Living in reality one has to work in all of the bad environments. 'That's life.' Maybe you should pray for all of use who are forced to work in slave conditions, while the rich have it easy and get the best 'medical care' in the world. They're rich only b/c we do all the work for them.

I would say quite possibly yes. Along with heliotherapy and a change in diet/lifestyle. A low carb diet; high fatty meat diet seems to be helping some.

I remember perhaps 10 years ago or so I'd been given a laptop and was using it quite regularly. My friend living downstairs had recently started using his laptop daily and we both left them on 24/7. Looking back I remember the large cell towers were starting to go up around our town. We live between two big ones. . I think everyone does by now. Anyway, one evening I just felt wrong. We walked out back to let the dog out and I just felt the urge to lay on the grass. It was a cold winter night. My hubby and roommate looked at me as if I was nuts. I kinda felt nuts but I felt better for doing it. I now understand why 8 did it.! God is so wise and merciful. He leads us to what we need if we pay attention. If we ask and listen, we get the correct answer thanks to Jesus. Great job everyone. And Praise the Lord 🙌🏼

@@ABWeaver what do you mean grounded ‘house’ ? Are you referring to a rod outside in the dirt brought inside the house with a wire and electrical tape ? Or ?? at the 36:56 mark of the video they were growing fireweed’s and the grounded plant had 4 jars full of dirt next to it and grounding rods in them just for one plant ?

You can pick up parasites, so also, periodically, you need to deworm yourself if you are walking barefoot, not to mention sushi. Ivermectin should help.
