Let's get one thing straight, foreigners cannot buy land and can only do so under a lease agreement or with a Thai wife. But you will never actually own the land and all you will have is a very empty wallet! These claims on You Tube have been sited by the Thai Government and crackdowns are in place. Be very careful about the material you are vlogging, because you will be investigated and any association you have with a Thai nominee, private company or your simply running another scam will be looked at very closely. Good luck! But the damage is done and your material is out there.

Mountain land can't be owned.... people like to sell it as it's a " Grey zone " but if the government decides it's not yours anymore then it's not.... kings land

@@Lost_on_stage_again Correct. Land leasing (apparently up to 60 years) otherwise Thai partners owning upwards of 51% are mandatory.

Strange how you pronounce most of the place names correctly apart from Koh Sa-moo-ee . I don't understand where this Koh Sa MOY comes from. Moy = pupic hair in thai so the pronunciation sounds horrible to locals

There are height above sealevel restrictions in Thailand on which you can build. eg in Phuket it was 80M however it is always being challenged & tested.
