First, I'd fix the floor. Following that, I'd refurbish the broken down walkway and widen it for room for a grill. I'd also clear out the grass and replace it so it grows thicker. And finally, I'd put an herb and flower garden near the back half of the fence. I also cant tell if theres a tree or the fence is broken, but if broken I'd fix the fence too.

Oh yea pond view! Didn’t anyone tell you… if there is water, there’s a gator in it, if not now, there will be. Not to ,mention the millions of mosquitoes 🦟 will dot your veranda! Ow did I mention the 105 degree weather with 90% humidity, yea the sweat just rolls down the crack of your butt. Aww Florida the state for retired living……. My word! Give me TEXAS
