As a Preds fan that trade shook me to the bone. I know the Habs have treated him classy in a classy franchise but what Poile and Bergevin were up to there- it still beats me man. Hope he can still make it. It hurt to see him grit his teeth on the bench a couple of times. You sense how much pain there is behind those grimaces.

Excited about Hoffman as a Hab. Hoffman, Caufield, Toffoli, Anderson, Gallagher, Dvorak, Suzuki - when was the last time the Habs had a group that could score like these guys can? Habs will finally have a dangerous top 6 for the first time in a couple of generations.

Yeah the situation was really mishandled. Bettman didn’t look happy either when he had to speak about it. I’m all for 2nd chances and he took accountability for his actions and wants to be a better person. We’ll see though
