use assigned hotkeys for cannonball > dismount > remount on skyscale (for me i used the regular hotkeys for cannonball and dismount and assigned skyscale to a number [7] on the number pad on my keyboard) it works reliably if you practice it .. once you get it the first time there is no going back. good luck

cannonball (wait a quarter to a half second) then press the dismount hotkey to dismount while leaving the cannonball effect in motion... then as you land (before the cannonball effect ends) remount on skyscale.. the remounting has to be done just right.. but i was able to get so good at it i could do it when ever i wanted as long as I was out of combat... use this to raid the chests in Echovald Forest (4 from what i remember) and then get the JP chest in New Kaineng city for a 5th chest and about 4-8 jade runestones... using the glitch this took me about 5 minutes in total daily [edit] when i was showing people this live in game, a lot of times people would assume there is more to this than just those 3 hotkeys.. i promise you that is all there is to it.. do not press space bar to jump while using these hotkeys to glitch, all you need is to cannonball followed by dismount (you should see the impact animation as your character lands) that is your indication that the first 2 hotkeys were executed correctly. executing the remounting has to be done as your character's feet hit the ground and BEFORE the cannonball effect/animation ends (that's like a tenth of a second but i believe in you).

or use the glitch to get into some cool places like where Primodis' Head is located in Dragonstorm for a cool screen shot of your character with that awesome fire in the background...

another thing i would like to do is to NOT remount on another mount within the glitch and that leaves you techincally 'unmounted" while glitched.. you can tap spacebar for the infinite flying AND you will be able to use you weapon/utility skills 1-0 (all skills will work even if some are covered up by skyscale skills)... doing this though will require you to finesse that space bar tapping as you land so you do not take falling damage... but after some practice you wont kill yourself too much and even if you do use the glitch to superman fly from the nearest waypoint and you can get back to wherever you died with no effort in seconds.

last bit is that while you tap space bar you can use the RIGHT CLICK to adjust the camera angle.. ADJUST TO LOOK DOWN and space bar taps bump you forward ADJUST TO LOOK FORWARD (like normal) and space bar bumps you vertically upward adjusting the camera angle with right click in conjunction with finessing space bar taps will let you fly around like Sensui from Yu Yu Hakusho

Thanks! That's indeed one of the higher priority items to get for me now, I do notice there's often a 300% available. I'll also update the build link, but I forgot about the +1 to chaos support gem, which is another massive damage boost, and someone pointed out to me that +% to bow skills on quiver does work with Widowhail (although they thought it's technically a bug). Those 2 have skyrocketed my damage even further. Also tested out Acrobatics (before committing to an ES/Evade hybrid), and with high enough evade (currently back at 80%), it's actually more survivable having that node instead of 92% evade without.

Thanks for the tips! Definitely will try out the defensive setup, as that's the most pressing rn. As for the level scaling, I noticed the same during hexblast, but it's hard to match the loss of +proj levels with any other stat. Taking off the +2 amulet drops its damage from 6.4 to 5.1K already. If I equip a high phys or chaos bow, then the DPS drops to 2.5K, so widowhail is doing work for the initial hit. When looking at the poison numbers they drop from an est. 1.3-2k to 673-1k. I am using Withered Touch on Rain of Arrows, figured it'd be a fun "support" skill for bosses (although it kills my mana since it benefits from all the +proj too), I am looking into other "fun" supports to slot in. Lastly, as for the PConc itself, Deadly Poison is high on my list, I've been having fun with Bursting Plague, but that's capped to 10% of an enemy's HP, I'll probably also take out Mana Bounty eventually, as I seem to not run out of flask charges ever. I haven't tried with the "during flask effect" yet for PConc, as I noticed the poison clouds it leaves behind are purely visual. Enemies that don't get hit by the initial one, seem to not get infected by my poison (if they do, it's bc of contagious contamination). I'm down to test this out more, though!

I've heard people using Whirling Assault, but no idea how good that is and infusing Tempest Bell with Mantra of Destruction, but I'm not a fan of the 10x combo buildup. Also read a lot of theories that Dagger would be a better weapon, but guess we'll have to wait and see.

Thanks! I basically only took this one to the endgame after the latest patch, so I have no real frame of reference how it performed before. Technically Contagion and Essence Drain got buffed, which is good as we'll struggle mostly on bosses (unless they have adds), but they're minor compared to the damage we get from Hexblast itself.

bloodmage are trash

It'd look a lot like the alac specter build with rit gear, and then you'd need to decide whether you want alac or more damage. The quickness would come from the chronomancer relic, so it'd be best to bring mostly wells (except maybe for the quickness utility). The major downside is that it's condi dps, so in legacy content, you kill slightly slower than a staff DD. For later expansions you'd feel this less, since most mobs became HP sponges, though.

The utilities are mainly Glint/Malyx. For Glint either activate the Heal + Elite (for protection and regen) or everything but the Elite. For Malyx, just activate the Elite and use the rest when needed (there's a jump in there that CCs, condi cleanse, heal, etc.). As for the Shortbow: try to put down 4 before using the other skills, but you can roughly go by 4-3-2-5 in terms of priority. You don't always need to use all, and 5 is excellent for CC.

I often wear Marauder's for comfort when playing power based builds, although since the jadebot nerfs, I've been mixing in some diviner's. Keep in mind that I have legendary gear, though, if you don't have any, I'd recommend Berserker's if you want to double dip into group content.

Despite "Full Counter" saying it absorbs attacks, it's listed as a block (wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Block) and should trigger it. I haven't used it lately, though, but I recall it working with the Spellbreaker's F2.

Yeah, at some point it's going to stop being worth giving them early access. But I'm afraid we're not there yet.

Yeah, I think the problem (being the case with the MF example you gave) is that a lot of people are attracted by that one possible outcome, even though the odds are stacked against them. I also think the government initiative was good, although I gotta say, I doubt it's actually properly being enforced. There's also a "workaround" if the company publishes the exact odds, so loot box sales still do run rampant here.
