thankful to have happened across this video i haven’t bought white chocolate on its own since going vegan some years ago and I bought some for a recipe and was wondering if thats what white chocolate always tasted like and if so why did i like it😅

Just make your own🙏🏻💯🤷🏻🤍 I'm also extremely picky about white chocolate, still have yet to find a really good one I love so much.. 🤦🏻 but I'm willing to make one at home, just doing my research and gathering some ingredients, also thinking of the measurements.. 💯

I had breakfast nutella and toast 🍫🍞 with strawberry 🍓🥛 I had lunch pizza and protien chocolate 🍫 milk 🥛 I had dinner chocolate 🍫 and strawberry 🍓 ice cream 🍦 and a glass of vanilla milk 🌼🥛 I had dessert strawberries 🍓 milkshake 🥛 with my pizza 🍕 I can't go to Italy 🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹 without drinking milk 🍫🍫🍫🍓🍓🍓🥛🥛🥛

Hiii ! Great recipe of rice haha I am Spanish and vegan, and I looove paella and its variations I would advice to infuse the saffron on hot water for a while and then add it to the veggies before the rice For the veggies its common to use green flat beans, artichoke, pepper and tomato, why not some beans or chickpea for the protein… ah ! And dont forget the rosemary !! Que aproveche 🥘 🍷

The 2 fruits put apart, everything he eats is junk food and ultraprocessed food. They are low in quality proteins and micronutrients but loaded with carbs. The clear demonstration that a vegan diet can be very unhealthy.

This is not what we eat on a daily basis, but just a demonstration of Tesco plant-based products. We of course wouldn’t recommend people’s diet be 100% like this and would encourage people to prepare homemade, balanced meals where possible, this is just a guide to the kind of vegan products on offer at Tesco.
