I actually really discusted with these BS initials/scribbles 💩. FanFnNatics put waaaay to many old retired vets a lot of collectors today don't even know. Panini has put coaches autos in these and NIL autos Luminance. That's TERRIBLE on both their parts. I just don't know why people don't demand DRASTIC price cuts or DRASTICALLY better products. Funny you say that - we did 2 more boxes in breaks this weekend. One had a Barry Sanders auto gold /50 the other had 3X 1/1’s….in the same box…2 print plates and 1 black. Wish I had those clipped!

@@red0332 Sorry for your loss. I lost my Dad when he was 47, but doesn't matter the age. It ALWAYS sucks. My Mom turns 80 next year, so hopefully she's like her parents and has a decade + left. 🤞 My Mother-in-law just passed also. You NEVER get over it, don't care what anyone says. Time foes not heal, but I guess it makes it a bit easier to deal.

Rough, it seems to me like Wild Card is kind of following Leaf into autos that are not known or really wanted. Cards look great though, much better than Leaf looks. I got a box coming and I am hoping my mojo is not like the ones I seen opened.

These are an easy pass for me. The hangers/blasters for sure. Only seen 1 decent blaster and he had to open several to get 1 auto. The MONSTER boxes are a bit better, but overpriced for an unlicensed product. I've only seen 2 hobby boxes I'd have been happy with. A lot of people disappointed with opening boxes and getting NO rookies too. Haven't heard too many great things with these to be honest. If you like a bunch of retired/vet players then this is the product, but to me an unlicensed product has to go above and beyond to make it worth it and these do not. IMHO. The hobby boxes have actually been extremely popular - I’m a little surprised at that too. I love the product for the look and the vet checklist, but it is overpriced on the secondary market to me.

Ok, my first comment was before watching. I changed my mind.. this box was TERRIBLE for $360ish if that’s right? I thought they were $289 retail price. But I could be mistaken. I had more fun for $200ish with a couple blasters, hangers, and Megas from Game Stop. I pulled a 10/10 Kurt Warner auto my first blaster box. And a really weak auto in another box (it’s on my other phone - will verify later - super old vet, like dinosaur old). Do you have any knowledge if the brands under the current panini umbrella will be taken over by Fanatics in 2026? It would be a shame if Donruss loses their license and has to airbrush their Optics. And Select. And Mosaic to name a few. Topps is cool, but really hope they don't ruin the best Panini products (because those have been around longer than Panini, correct?) anyway, thanks for the video and I’m sorry your box was so bad. I would be pretty upset. It did look like your first AR was a refractor for whatever that’s worth

I am depressed I didn’t buy these at regular price when I had the chance. I bought a few retail boxes, and the coolest product I’ve ripped since Optic football. Even more fun, although not as valuable. I feel like the hobby for $300ish is BY FAR the best hobby box for the price. I pray they release more. Any idea if they will?

From what I've seen so far NOT impressed. NOT surprising to me either. Everyone has to remember, although excited Topps is back, it's not really back. It's FanFnNatics using the name/likeness. So a bit different. Pretty much like an overpriced licensed box only with 1 glaring negative- its unlicensed. 😅 Hope you guys gave a nice, relaxing Labor Day Weekend!! @@CarolinaRippers That's a bummer.. Personally, I feel like Leaf and Wild Card are only valuable if they're auto's. An auto is an auto, and the cards are nice quality (I personally love Wild Card due to the nostalgic factor). But it's hard to sell a numbered card or parallel of an insert when it's unlicensed IMO. Definitely requires a specific market/buyer/collector at that point. The dinosaur cards are the best example. They're cool if you love Wild Card, but they are kind of awkward when they don't have an auto if you're showing it to a guy who loves everything Panini. Like "hey bro, I've got a 11/25 Pterodactyl card"

You are by FAR the best box opening/ripping channel on KZbin. Regarding this product - it’s honestly one of the most fun hobby boxes this year. I do wish the quality of the player autos were better.. but the base mojo’s and other inserts make up for it. One HUGE complaint- the “hobby” blaster boxes for Contenders are an absolute joke. I made the mistake of ordering FIVE blasters from a reseller, and did not realize the base hobby blaster cards are NOT mojo print. I was so mad at myself. They were arguably worse than the cheaper retail blasters from Walmart. Not cool. This 5 auto box on the other hand is LEGIT!!! Thanks for your videos - you are the most normal, down to earth, easiest to watch channel on KZbin. I just got back into collecting since I was a kid, and I’ve learned a few things the hard way. Anyway, keep up the good work and good luck on your future rips!!

Times sure have changed, but it’s nice that WC is still around - just wish they were licensed. Off topic - but do you have any idea what’s going to happen to all of the brands under the Panini umbrella when Fanatics takes over? Surely Fanatics will pick them up as well..right? We can’t lose Prizm and Optic licensing for NFL products!!

Nice way to end the rip. If I ever go unlicensed I preferred Leaf, but unfortunately the guy that ran Leaf forever, from what I was told, sold it. I'd been wondering why Leaf didn't seem like Leaf lately. Now I know why. Sad. The Leaf owner cared about Customer service. Most don't these days. Well, these have been pretty lackluster from what I've seen so far. Yours was one of the better boxes. Haven't seen a ton of CJs & yours was the 1st die cut I've seen so far. I've seen a few FOTL & a Few regular hobby boxes so far. All the FOTL were decent to good. The hobby on the other hand- the best I've seen & only decent box was SLVRsports. Is a cj stroud from that box good. Cause I pulled 2. One being an xplode purple back 29/50. The other being a weekend warriors 47/99. Have no idea if they are valuable. If you could respond and maybe tell me the value that would be great.

Patty Mahome's goat card would be wild. I almost bought these and I love the texture and shine but not into the Dino theme. Wild Card is my favorite and you are right about Panini. Panini would probably push it back 4 months, not give you anything else but release retail at original date in trickles to allow scalpers to control the market price for us collectors. Oh wait I am talking about Optic here, nm.

If you get all your hits they "guarantee" then they're a MUCH better deal, but seeing WAY too many points or missing hits. I liked the pre covid megas. You got the same hit line up, but you didn't see so many missed hits and rarely saw points plus don't matter the product the mems at this point are worthless.
