I quite often go to Sainsbury's in Letchworth or Morrisons. If I go to Hitchin, it's Waitrose, as they have a cafe and I like shopping, then sitting free coffee with my Waitrose card.

Try sprinkling an oxo cube in with the mince to give it a more beefy flavour next time. And maybe some spice. I normally use aromat which you can buy in morrisons or sainsburys . Hope you enjoy Jamie
