I am going through some tough situation in my life. I started listening kaali mata mantra, kaal bhirav mantra as well as vishnu stuti. I felt all of their presence. Whenever I listen to vishnu stuti i feel snakes rolling on my body and somekind of vibration on my legs and also on my head. I believe I’ve had seen some signs of shesh naga that represent four heads. Before I use to fear snakes but know I love them. But for couple of days I tried to meditate kaal bhairav matras I felt like that it making sad and pulling towards to depression can anyone tell me how to meditate. I believe I’ve had seen some strong signs of shesh naga .I can’t explain. And I continuesly feel vibration in my legs and head even without meditating or chanting any mantra . Can anyone talk to me how to meditate as I am beginner.
