I appreciate your time for creating this video. Your experience as a creator is so valuable for me. I have a Patreon page myself and took me two months to get my first Patreon.

Good video and also used to deal with it but not anymore had a lot of tech problems there along with all the friends that were fake along with the lifestyle and also there's stuff that you shouldn't be posting there along with a whole lot of bad moves. Anyway real good video and also quit and deleted that it was last month of this year really seemed good at first but as you said and harms it really went bad also there's parts in our times to worry about like Cancel Culture and Karens are just a few and this part is definitely not 1 you can go on especially if you are a target. Among other people you don't want mad at you or not want looking.

Thanks for these infos! I was searching about this, because my health issues force me to break, 90% chance to hospital time again. I can't even work on my graphics and musics since long time because of these symptoms, and slowly running out of my earlier creations to upload, and i wanted to know what will happen if i break. My stuffs are not popular in my country, i just try and try for 14 years without any income, and i worred about breaking. But your video made me feel like i don't have to worry about it that much.

I used the video editor that came with windows 10. It was a solid basic video program which worked well for my purposes (My KZbin channel) Now I cannot make my videos as the program was replaced by clipchamp and now its a disaster! I will be switching to Premiere elements to do my editing!

Patreon is broken, cant support any creators because they decline your card, and from what I see on reddit and other sites this is happening to most people trying to join !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Get an updated version of this video. It’s gotten so much worse, and by so much worse, I mean AI has gotten so much better at mimicking human users. Randomly came across this video while I was doing some research on the ever-growing, but silent, impact of AI on the internet. Super helpful video and you explained it perfectly.

thank you very much! I am disappointed that (as far as I have seen) Loupedeck CT limits the use of the touchscreen and dial screen to some icons... If I could use it as a custom screen to send 2D or even 3D graphics to create my own UI on those screens - then it would be worth the price. For example I want to use the button area as large numeric display to show digits while I adjust one of the dials. Or I want to show any scales and position indicators within the big round dial - to use it like a potentiometer which actually shows the level I left it on. It is expensive, then at least it could be flexible enough to prototype / build custom user interfaces for home automation or other really custom, responsive stuff, not just designing icons. And if it is too complex - then I just need access to program my own GUI to run on the CT :)

How is the world do you upload a video? You say click on create. How to I get to see the word create in the upper right. Where is the link to your earlier video? You point to the upper left of the screen. I don't see a link where you point.

Interesting, I have a patreon, im new to this. But basically I can see this: if your patreon is a kind of business, you killed it. You could have hired someone and still continue to give ncie benefits and more tiers of memberships

I can say good for you and also used to use that but quit of last month of this year had a lot of tech problems there and the site really went into territory it shouldn't have along with a whole lot of problems. Those types really do the fakes and shallowness and really too much keeping up appearances.

I just edited a video on clipchamp and was pleasantly suprised that it actually worked ok ish. My main gripe would be the output quality is NOT great and I would have liked to be able to up the quality. I got no buffering though and only on a fairly old low powered laptop, The longest part was the output which took roughly about as long as it would take to watch the clip but like you say I can go off and do other stuff whilst it's doing that. I used to do a lot of stuff with editing and Know there are better options out there, if I decide to get back into editing video I will defo buy something though rather than spend time on this but whilst I'm just messing about this is fine.

Both of these devices can use some high quality brushed aluminum big multifunction knob for volume (push/pause etc...). I'd pay an extra $50 for that

Im going to be honest I have been considering leaving the platform, as this video has made clear to me and I came here to check. That I don't have access to the same options as others. The options for who can see comments for example a basic feature is not even available to me in my settings tab along with almost every thing else and I am so done with it. every one should have the same version of Patreon with the same basic settings for what ever reason I don't.

@@CreatorsFirst I don't have the same version of Patreon as every one else, Its literally not an option on my settings page the same page as you, its as dumb as it sounds. I have "Creator Account details" "Earnings and Membership visibility" "Adult Content" then "Google Analytics and RSS Audio feed" that's my page every thing is missing lol.

Wouldnt AI art kill this market? Why build a portfolio curious
@CreatorsFirst
@CreatorsFirst Жыл бұрын
I don't think AI-generated images will replace stock art. If you actually look closely at most AI-generated art, it is riddled with technical flaws and would be deemed low-quality from a publishing perspective. (Though someday that will likely change and you will not be able to distinguish a generated image from a photo, other than subjectively based on style.) While some publications may prefer AI-generated art, I doubt all will move 100% toward it. People are always going to want photography or human-generated art and there will always be a demand for it. I think AI-generated art will just be a category to choose from. There's also the fact that a lot of human interaction is required to generate an adequate AI-image. When you consider the time involved, it's unlikely that even AI will be sufficient to generate every image possible. In many cases, it would involve less work to draw the image digitally or traditionally or capture a photo with a camera. If AI were tasked to select AI-generated images and people were cut out of the process entirely, I think AI would be sensitive to the fact that some humans prefer human-generated images and therefore would select from a variety of sources. One reason to build a stock image portfolio would be to offer content in the illustration niche where there is less competition. In many cases, illustrators can do what photographers and even AI cannot.
