If u just had one pad to replace would u still need to take it all apart - feel like it’s being scratched to buggery!

There’s no need, as long as you don’t man handle it there’s no danger of damage to anything.

Once apon a time I thought I wanted to change my flute pads and clean my flutes on my own… Then I watched this Now I know why it is so expensive to repair a flute and why it’s probably better to let someone do it because the cost of the equipment to do it is probably as much as the cost of someone else doing it unless I plan to do this for a living. Which I don’t. I still want my two flutes restored. Now to find someone reputable
