Great interview…I just finished this great book and as usual I go on KZbin to hear the author and learn the process of writing the book and love to read novels in which I learn.

This man is a self-serving idiot. Embracing ethnic diversity is fine. Embracing the totally out of control numbers of "LEGAL" immigration-of people of ANY age or ethnicity-over the last three decades in the US has economically and environmentally destroyed this nation. At least 50 million more legals and >> 11 million illegals since the 1990s. Politicians love it because it swells voter pools and keeps more people dependent on government services. Corporations and stockholders love it because it boosts consumption and swells labor pools which keep real wages frozen to well below inflation rates. And the sheer numbers of both legal and illegal overimmigration have driven up the cost and down the quality and quantity of every basic human necessity, while paving over vanishing climate change decelerating green space and killing off biodiversity.

Thank you! This is an excellent novel. Kristin Hannah researched and wrote this important story with great skill and sensitivity. For me, the sisters' relationship always rang true. I can usually put down books and return later, even very good books. I could not stop turning pages with this one. It has great momentum and authenticity!
