I oiled my muffin pan very well but they stuck super bad! I couldn't get them out at all. And they offered up big and beautiful in the oven but collapsed as soon as I took them out. Please help!

Peach cake and ice cream, a great combination that tastes heavenly, give it a try. You’ll need: 4 large eggs 68 g each 1 cup of cake flour 120 g 1 cup almond flour 100 g 1/2 cup of butter melted and cooled a little 113 g 600 g / 4 large peaches peeled 1 tbsp baking powder 1/8 tsp salt 2/3 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup silvered almonds 1/2 cup orange juice 1 tsp almond extract 1 tsp vanilla extract Powdered sugar for dusting For the crumble: 3 tbsp brown sugar 2 tbsp white sugar mix with 1 tsp cinnamon Mix in with 60 g of room temperature butter Then add flour slowly until it forms a soft crumbly dough, a bout 3/4 cup of flour. Spread on top of the cake with fingers. Bake for 35-40 minutes sat 350 degrees . Okay a couple of things, first off you need to trim more fat off of that thing because that fat is not rendered its gelatinous and white, secondly why the heck are you slicing that brisket like that that's not how you slice a brisket please learn how to do that. Thirdly your brisket doesn't look bad, it actually looks okay in my opinion, the reason I say it looks pretty good is that some of these " barbecue experts" smoked brisket on BBQ pits and they come out looking exactly like that with no smoke ring and no dark bark. So for an oven that's not bad.

@@daintybite to be honest with you the brisket actually looks pretty darn good. Cook's perfectly, just make some minor adjustments and trim it right and you should be good to go

A great dessert for the Summer months. So refreshing and yummy. INGREDIENTS: *For the crust: 280 g of graham crackers biscuits 115 g unsalted melted butter 2 tbsp sugar *for the cream cheese filling: 2 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream 16 oz. room temperature cream cheese 8 tbsp granulated sugar/ 1/2 cup sugar 1 tbsp lemon juice 30 g gelatin powder 3/4 cup milk 1 cup of boiling water for water bath *for the mango puree: 24 oz. frozen mango thawed 1 cup of water 2 tbsp granulated sugar *for the mango gelatin: 1/2 cup cool water 20 g gelatin powder/ 2 tbsp 1 cup hot water for water bath Preparation: Start by placing 24 oz. Of frozen or fresh mango chunks in the blender. If you’re using frozen, let them thaw a little bit before blending. Add 1 cup of water and blend. Set aside. Prep the graham crackers crust, process finely then add the melted butter and sugar. Press the mixture into a 9 inch cheesecake pan. Refrigerate and start working on the cheesecake filling. Whip the heavy whipping cream, remove from the stand mixer then add the soft room temperature cream cheese. Whip until soft then add the sugar and gelatin mixture, flavor with lemon juice. Fold the cheese mixture with the heavy cream. Remove 2/3 of the mixture in a different bowl and add 1 1/2 cups of the mango purée. Leave the rest white to top the cheesecake. For the mango topping. Add the gelatin to a cold water let them dissolve. Move to a pan, add the rest of mango purée ,2 tbsp of sugar, the gelatin mixture and heat until sugar dissolves. Move to a mold and refrigerate for at least 4 hours preferably overnight. Add the cooled mango on top the cheesecake when the cheesecake is really cold and set.
