Right if we are going to get in to technical words it is a cognitive condition. It is not a disease as diseases means there is something wrong. It is not classed as mental health issue. I don't need to look it up as I have autism myself. Not everything effecting the brain is "mental disease" Also calling it a disease and illness makes people think it can cured. Saying disease makes it sound infectious like something is wrong so you should just look it up yourself.
