So after seeing the comments on here first ya you should kill it to refill the gas tank but I've always used any generator running while I've refilled it to full or almost full as the vibration bounces the gas around so you can't get an accurate reading on how much gas is in it plus if you had any kinda spark at all you risk catching the fumes and blowing the whole thing sky high but normally if your not leaking gas all over or anything you can generally get away with a quick refill but second thing you shouldn't ever start your generator with anything plugged into it as you risk destroying the voltage regulator part so I mean ya the engine will start and run but you won't have power coming off it same thing with when you shut it down you should aways shut down whatevers plugged into it and then shut off the generator as it can kill your voltage reg and then 3rd ya you can run a generator during the rain however the best suggestion I can say is to either build a shelter around the top and sides of the generator but just make sure it has enough airflow to blow the co2 fumes away as most of the new generators out there have a co2 sensor shut off safety mechanism on them so if it gets to much co2 fumes it will shut down untill it reads the co2 level is safe enough again but my general thing is ill make a shelter over the top and then ill leave the front part open and about half way down all sides of the shelter while keeping the exhaust side completely open to make sure it doesn't mess with the co2 sensor at all but most shelters I've made over the time have been out of 2x4 and plywood so they've been log enough for me to lift up and off the generator in order to refill or check whatever I might need to but definitely want to cover up the airfilter box pretty well and the plug in area to avoid shorts from the water or getting any water from getting sucked up into the airfilter box and into the engine which would cause the generator to shut down until the water either dried up or you toom the spark plug off and blew it out inside the piston and the air box to get most of the water out of there before it would start up again oh and also for the second thing I forgot to say you also risk messing up some electric items as when the generator starts up it's not a constant voltage which can damage or destroy your items sometimes not always if not destroy the voltage regulator which is also why you want to shut everything down before shutting off generator cause it can affect the amount of power the generator pushes out over time. These are just my opinions from my personal perspective and use of running and working on these types of things so if I'm wrong on any of it feel free to correct me weather it be the parts name or whatever but I've been using and working on these types of engines and that for about 10 years or so now so I'm pretty confident on what I'm saying on here but if I am wrong I will say it's mostly my opinions and alot of it is fact which cam be found online or at your local store which sells generators so if it causes any issue with you I'm just going to say you can't hold me accountable for any of it however just about everything I've said is fact online which can be found via Google or whatever search engine you prefer I guess so don't try commenting me that I owe you X amount for damage or whatnot like that yall lol

Thats a sweet truck right there. I always liked the 460's, especially the EFI models in the 90's trucks. Best sounding engine built in my opinion. A local farmer had a lifted 90's Ford with the 460 in it and it had a straight pipe exhaust. You could hear that thing for miles, no joke. I almost bought a 93 F250 with a 460 off of Craigslist, but decided not to and am still looking for a better daily vehicle. Months later, I made a visit to the local junkyard to pass some time one day, and found that same 93 Ford in the junkyard, which made me sad. I eyeballed that 460 for at least 5 whole minutes lol. The road salt and winters really kicked the snot out of these trucks here in Upstate NY, there's not many of them left. But I may be buying an F150 with the 300 in a couple of days. Hopefully I can get it
@vermontoutdoorswiththecrof62576 ай бұрын
Thanks I'm a 460 guy myself. Good luck with the f 150 if you get it the 300 motor also a great ford motor.

Beautiful and well trained German Shepherd. Lovely property. Thank you so much. It's hard to get a better video than this for a compact tractor owner /You Tube viewer. Hoping to see more.
