Love this film ! I had such fun on set in Kilburn film studio's when I appeared ( very briefly! ) in this film as a roller skating waitress at the very beginning of the film in the party scene just after Danny ( Phil Daniels) gate crashes the party and climbs in through the toilet window and entered the party , he passed in front of me, I am wearing pink leotard with wide blue belt and gold neck decoration with purple detail ( I still have the costume to this day ) my bobbed red hair was crimped and I was given lots of glittery make up courtesy of the wardrobe and make up departments which was all very typical of the era, one thing I recall is that to make the glittery lips back then they applied Vaseline and pressed loose glitter onto it ( not the most comfortable thing to wear ) I am opening a bottle of 'champagne ' actually in fact they use ginger ale in those prop bottles as I discovered, another thing I remember is that there were look alike actors playing famous people like Paul McCartney and Rod Stewart in the opening party scene and that Hazel was really lovely and friendly and Daniel was a very cheeky chappy, good times ! I still love the music to this very day especially 'Will you' , my favourite track , I just love the sax and that solo is just something else !
