best idea mate is to use 110mm x 25mm cut them down so it steps down then back up for the rear suspension so your rails are all one rail . is what i do on a normal step deck use 80mmx40mm cut then down the sides and inside rails cut to clear as crossmembers onlt 60 odd mills just a little tip for u i did this yoyr ways an i thought would holdup well nope so making all one rail solid now hold a rc4wd dozzer .

Try a lesu draw bar for trailrrs bro. Will save you lots of bodge crsp. Tap all treads pow you have a sweat rig

Tamiya arr not to scake there traikers are wrong way way to short. 900mm is the correct lenght. So you best stretch em out mate. And use Hercules trailers and trucks at least they come with bearings unlike Tamiya crap. Tamiya diffs axles are stuoid ni detail at all . Hercules pick up one there diffs axles mate. Like you just grabbed a real one only miniature. I personally buy Hercules kits just to strip the suspension an running gear out . I print my own 1/14 truck body's as well all Australian looking trucks for me. N euro is crap same as American looking trucks. 😂😂😂. Have fun building mate

I have all my trucks gear change on a 3 position switch, once set up you can’t beat it Just adjust the end points on the remote

A little tip, once you drill your first hole put a nut and screw in it, it definitely won’t move and do so much better than any clamp

If it’s just cab clearance you’re after why not just raise the cab? Put some spacers or washers under the floor plan, you will need to use longer screws but that’s all
