I have a 4090 system which plays racing games including the latest Forza Motorsport in native 4K everything maxed out with ray tracing, but honestly GT7 on the PS5 Pro still looks better for some reason. Gotta test it out on the PSVR2 tonight

I’m no rally driver in real life, but this feels as close to the real thing as it gets. Plus, I know for a fact that many rally drivers have used and still use RBR for training. That definitely says a lot! 😉

Nu är jag här igen, black week & mellandagsrea strax igång och det lutar emot 55or, tänkte bara kika hur du ställer in riggen för olika spel? Som här Trucksim, sitter med en Trak Racer Rs6 just nu bara men sitter dagligen och letar efter en rig där man enkelt kan ställa in stol samt pedaler för då jag själv kör flera olika sim spel allt från Rally till Ets2 :)

I have no words to express my disappointment with VR and GT7. I've owned it since day one and have been waiting for improvements with every update, improvements that never came! It's still not possible to see positions during the race, lap times, or gaps... Simply absurd and ridiculous.

I'm glad to see you in VR my friend if you have a good pc build you have to try the quest 3 settings I have it is absolutely amazing the detail and framerate is very stable....again I'm glad your having fun in VR there's nothing better for sim racing...

I was playing GT4 on my "retro handheld" and I was thinking "I wonder if I should get a PS5 and GT7 because the AI would be so much better and they surely wouldn't be just purposely crashing into me to take the corner anymore. Looks like I was wrong and I should stick with GT4.

@PeterGeranio Haha, I get what you mean! The standard AI in GT7 can still be a bit... let's say, aggressive at times. But they do have an advanced AI called Sophy, which is supposed to be much smarter and more realistic. I haven’t unlocked it yet to try for myself, but it might make GT7 worth considering if AI is your main concern!

@@ProjectSimRacing I kinda feel like it stems from car damage. If the car doesn't get damaged then the AI doesn't see any down side? Maybe? The racing line is the racing line so get outta my way?

@PeterGeranio That's actually a really good point! Without real consequences like car damage, the AI might not have much reason to avoid those aggressive moves. It's almost like they're programmed to prioritize the racing line no matter what. Makes sense in a way, but it can definitely get frustrating! I’d love to see more games implement smarter AI that considers race dynamics better.
