I'd love to see an animated/live series interpretation of Amanaman where he turns out to be some horrifying murder-ape who can scuttle up walls and cleave through armor with his giant claws. He was always a favorite of mine as a kid, despite being arguably THE goofiest character ever released for the original Kenners.

I don’t see the need for updates on figures that are already made. I mean, how many Luke’s, Hans, Chewbacca’s, Leias, Vaders, stormtroopers, Jawas, sand people etc. do we need? I’m a collector of the original 3 films and I would greatly love to see completely unmade figures from them.

I would love to see Commander Willard from Yavin, the guy with the lamps that guilds the fighters out of the Yavin base, Camie and Fixer from Tosche Station, the girl twins at the Cantina, 3 astromech droids from A New Hope- 1 where the rebels are captured on the Blockade Runner, 1 wondering around Mos Eisley, 1 in the halls of the Death Star. I also want to add the Jabba the Hutt stand in at docking bay 94.

Great list of possibilities. Would really love to complete an update/definitive version of the original Kenner 96. That said, the SOLO movie truly got the short straw as far TVC figures….and Rogue 1 needs some love, too.

I've heard other KZbinrs saying this, why repeat that without ANY empirical evidence that what you are saying is true? At this point the campaign is over, I actually funded 2 deluxe, after waiting until it hit at least the 2nd tier, because then it made it worth it to buy, so I can re-sell one of them and maybe get one free.. Why did I wait? Because I could honestly care less if this thing wouldn't have gotten funded at all. Hasbro is driving up prices by doing "Exclusives/Haslab's" to corner the market, push away from selling retail, and get off cheap, while price-hiking at a ridiculous rate. It's getting to the point where all the wussy fanboy, "Can't live without this"-FOMO, is killing the hobby. You can't find anything on peg's in stores anymore. And now Hasbro Pulse has 'Exclusive to ONLY Pulse set's like the Armorer's Forge for $60!!! And it has YOU, (a KZbinr),promoting their stuff for free! Do you even get thrown some free merch at least? (Hope so Hasbro). Also, compare this $4/$500 dollar cantina to the pimped out Cobra Rattler Haslab for $324. That thing has lights, sound, extra tier figures with extra heads and helmets, A stand that has a drawer to hold the plethora of missiles and goodies, and us LOYAL, vintage collection door mat's get 60 cups, Wuher and the Tonnika Hua's. GTFO. Vintage collector's are getting punked by Hasbro. Me in all my wisdom, allow the fool's to trip all the temple traps, before I commit to going in to collect any precious artifacts. There is no good solution other than to maybe boycott some of these Haslab's. BUT, we probably won't need to, when all this greed by Hasbro finally bankrupts a lot of it's fans, OR the ones with money run out of shelf-space, it will end, then we'll get NOTHING. Which is the whole point to this rant, that corporate greed will ruin something that was so fun to do, go hunt down a toy at Target, Walmart, anyone else miss the joy of Toys R Us or Kaybee? Lastly the whole need for modular because of space concerns should be indicative to Hasbro to slow down on pushing out so much frivolous product, how much plastic is wasted on 50 Darth Vaders, Or Mando's, especially in 1/12 scale, (I find it hilarious how 1/12 scale collectors beg for more haslab, I have 1/18 and I couldn't imagine wanting all the hundreds of Star wars and GI Joe vehicles in 1/12 scale, I'd need a 10,000 square foot mansion to house them- it is stupid af) .

Price is why I won't get it. I feel it is way over priced! Much of the cantina has already been released, I have cups, chairs, tables, and the bar with stools already, so many of these molds are already created!

I'm backing it ,,its a must I've looked into people who do 3-D printing an they claim it'll cost thousands of dollars too have one printed plus they claim if printed,the bar isn't going too be as detailed,,,so haslab Cantina is cheaper plus more detailed so I'm backing the deluxe set,,I just hope we hit all the tiers

did you know that LEGO did a fantastic cantina set not too long ago? it had bloody everything! Including 21 mini figures! I think that is a much better version of the cantina. Though the price is similar. You get what you pay for I suppose.

Thanks for the run-down. Given that it is such a High End/Definitive item, all the Alcove Outside Walls should be textured/weathered. Not just the main entrance. Dioramas could extend to the sides of the cantina as well, with textured/weathered walls. Sun scorched from the Twin Suns

7,686 with 314 backers to go now. it will hit 8k either tonight or sometime tomorrow. Then the FOMO tidal wave will start to hit during the final 3 days. We will see how many tiers will unlock before it ends. It is certainly gonna fund, getting around 20 backer's an hour give or take. I backed the deluxe when it was first announced, i don't play that FOMO game.

Well, it's July 4th and I just canceled my deluxe cantina order... Why? I told myself if it can hit just ONE tier, I'll keep the order, and it hasn't by design. I can tell that greedy Hasbro set this campaign for only 30 days to hit 11,000 for lousy Greedo, (a name better suited for the Hasbro Corporation) which is a hard sell, after we all just backed the Ghost. They released this campaign before we've even received the Ghost! (Which I spent $1000 on for 2). They know what they're doing. They want to give you the bare minimum, and charge more and more. I don't mind paying more, heck I'd buy 2 sets, but don't nickel and dime me. Just announce that ALL tiers are now included, and I'd buy 2.
