This is some sweet Dark Ambience. Ring modulation is my favorite, and bit crushing.

@bleepinnbloopin1175 I meant that it sounds like the tones and timbres in industrial music. Such as Nine Inch Nails etc.

@justinhuffman2430 oh yeah that makes sense! I grew up in a steady drip of NIN. The Fragile was on constant repeat throughout high school. I saw them live on the With Teeth tour while @alessandrocortini was touring with them and recently went to see Alessandro perform in Los Angeles. So the influence is clearly there for me.

@bleepinnbloopin1175 it's wonderful how our influences seep deep into our core and then ooze out of us. I also saw NIN Live in New Jersey several years ago. Stellar musicians ❤️🧡💛

Ok now this is great!😮 Right my cup of tea! I love harshnoise and no input stuff a lot! I have this pedal but almost never used but this one is a great idea for sure Do you know if there's a way to reset Zoom MS70? I got ot second hand used and it's all messed up😂 Currently I'm running #noisevember24 and I'd like to do the same..if it's good for you I can also quote your video in the description! Immediately subscribed for more! So glad to found your channel! 👍

Btw I highly reccomend you some EQs unit such as Mooer Graphic G or Behringer Graphic Equalizer EQ700 they are inexpensive but really usefull when doing noise and experimental stuff!
@bleepinnbloopin11754 күн бұрын
@@hellf.o I’m not sure about resetting the MS70 depending on what you mean by “all messed up” but my first thought would be to checkout the zoom effects manager and use that to reset the pedal to stick firmware/effects. And whoa thanks for letting me know about #noisenovember. I definitely want to participate in that. Is the goal to release a noise video every day of nov? As far as the EQ, that is actually my next purchase for the pedal setup. Right now I’m leaning towards the MXR ten band. Any thoughts on that one?

@@kilo_llama thanks! I was surprised how much fun I had just messing about with this one pedal and nothing else. Definitely has me wanting an actual EQ pedal since I feel like tweaking the eq has the most interesting playability. Adding something like and MXR 10 band would make this such a fun instrument.

How is that CAIXA case on top of the mantis? Is it connected with the Mantis brackets?
@bleepinnbloopin117527 күн бұрын
If you look on either side of the Caixa, you can see wood panels. I removed the bolts that secure the Caixa rails and replaced them with slightly longer ones that go through the wood side plates and into the Caixa and rails. I did a similar thing with the top most rail bolts on the Mantis case and positioned the holes in the side plate so it aligns with the top most rail when the mantis is in the 45 degree position with the stand extended. If that isn't clear I can post a short showing this later today.
@barseglin27 күн бұрын
@@bleepinnbloopin1175thank you for that! Your explanation is perfect. The wooden sides act as the support rails for both. Makes perfect sense. A short or photo to see a different angle or two would be greatly appreciated. I want a 3x 104 setup, and am planning to put together something similar

@@bleepinnbloopin1175 I don't. I had to read through the manual after watching your video though, because it looks like quite a cool combo. Switch plus sample & hold looks like a great combo for noise/chaos for a feedback loop modulating an oscillator (or cv chaos at low frequency).
@bleepinnbloopin1175Ай бұрын
It is really great for interesting modulation! But it isn’t quite a sample and hold. It is more like a track and hold but responds to gates in the opposite direction very much like the hold on the smooth side of a Serge SSG. It can be patched to work like a sample and hold but requires inverting the triggers into the hold input. I have a video all about that as well if you’re interested!
