I hear people saying that there is more "noise" in the LTF... Also, I could not find this video in your CRT playlist. Am I not lookin at the right place?

I will fully set up the playlist tonight, still haven’t gotten around to it yet. It really just depends on what trading style suits you best. Are you patient enough to hold these longer timeframe trades. Just try them out and see what works.

Your timings section is difficult to understand, if the CRT candle forms at 1am the purge will be at 2am and not 3am (13m55s)

I’m not sure what you mean. If the CRT forms at 1am, the purge should be at either 3am or 9am.
