I've just bought a 1988 M635CSI in Diamond Schwartz metallic..with 17 inch BBS rims..has only covered 86,400 miles with lots of service history..have been after a M635csi for some time..now I am the proud owner of my dream car..and I personally think this is the best looking bmw ever made..💯💯👌👌👌😍😎😎

This happen to me on my 2014 RR. Exactly how he explained it. Did this job in my drive way. Took me about 3 weeks to get parts and resurfacing of heads. Shops did not want to replace the gasket they wanted about 17k for a new engine installed. Spent about 3k on parts n resurfacing. Did the labor myself. It sucks But if you’re mechanically inclined you can do it.

AUTO MANUFACTURERS design vehicles to only last 10yrs or less, this is a collaborated effort between auto CEOS, to force people into buying new vehicle faster because they dont wanna wait 20-25yrs until you buy another one. This is also a they strategy with appliances and many other thing that " are not built like they used too" if your born in 80s and older then you know, 90s up have no clue unless they were taught.

in germany 3.5 m30 engines m30b35s are called "Eisenschwein" literally translated as ironpig, because the engine indestructible and has been used for 3 decades in different bmw modells.

There is no elec lumbar support. Just saying. M88 engine (for non USA) was a real race motor chilled down for a road car. Still nice video guys and great cars.

BBS is fine but not that big. Too much rim, not enough tire for my liking. My car ? AC Schnitzer type 1 17in rims on a white M635.

It’s a tasteful modern interpretation. Not my preference but hey I have gone back to my stock TRX 390 rims which are actually perfect. That said, I am “ of that age” when these ruled the road.
