I missed the whole Rex Smith, teenage girl thing because I was at boarding school. I do like his voice, but I much prefer the rock songs and broadway songs over the sooner or later songs. I wish he would sing more standards, vintage and classics. I think it would suit his more mature voice. I would buy album of that over sooner or later album. Think Sinatra but with Rex's voice. Especially since Sinatra is no longer with us. I can hear him singing Moonlight in Vermont in my head.

Wonderful interview. I remember all the shows she was on. She was in the live action Saturday morning show "Space Academy". It ran for three seasons. I watched it. I believe she finally got her book published. I want to buy it. Sounds like a good read.

It's amazing, reading the comments about this interview and hearing her child voice we all remember. I too, hear the same custom voice through all of her young career. However, I hate to admit it but as a kid just 2 years younger than she, at the time I never was a fan of her. I just knew her as a kid who showed up in NEARLY EVERY show I would watch. But now, looking back and seeing her incredible acting skills, I only have admiration and adoration for her.

Frank had a great voice and stage presence but his racist comments regarding the Russians has made it difficult to continue being a fan. I think for now I will enjoy the music and even sing and learn to play it on guitar. Frank is still a patriot so he deserves support for that. I was born in England and even though I am now an American now I still learned to accept and learn from other cultures. During their history Russians have seen pain and betrayal in the past from their government and sometime their allies as well.
