Omg I can’t wait I’m coming down there with my son at the beginning of October to visit some family and hit universal…We live up in Buffalo but my favorite aunt and uncle relocated down there about 2 years ago so we are coming down to visit. I might check out some properties down there just for the hell of it though as either a back up plan just in case something happens and I’d want to move! Or maybe the surrounding areas I’m not sure I have to check it out. Never been there ❤

Check your county and Federal taxes. Skyrocketing insurance rates due to everyone having to pay more for flood insurance. Noise ordinance due to Bike rallies, Spring break, ect.ect. lighting Capital of the world. Nice place to visit wouldn't want to live there. Eggs price higher than anywhere in Nation. Bottle watera must.HOA fees increases to highest ever for construction cost. Sorry no thanks. Try North Carolina then vacation elsewhere. Motor vehicle tax increases. 🤔🍊

@@teddyhassel3301 I would love to live in Florida but it's just a little too far from the fam. But for everyone with any bit of common sense and isn't already set up somewhere else should live there. Right now, in these times, families have to help each other and not splinter off, but if life was just about me ( and my husband) you best believe we'd be in Florida tomorrow.
