I'm wanting to know what brands of paint you're using. The colors you describe are not the colors listed on the brands available to me at Michaels, Hobby lobby and Walmart. We don't have a real art store in Kalispell Mt.

Is there a way you can also show the finished painting next to you to see the process as well as the finished painting.

This is so magical! You really are a natural talent. I’m going to try and make a Valentine’s Day Card like your painting, which means a smaller version for my husband. He may just end up with a Dollar Tree Card though. lol. Gonna give it a shot, I just love it! Thank you for sharing.

Your lessons are so helpful. Thank you so much. Being disabled my budget is tight so art lessons that cost are not a reality for me. You are an angel.

Absolutely gorgeous. I'm an absolute beginner, with no experience, knowledge of painting and I'm pretty sure I couldn't do this. What are some basic supplies for someone with no experience should purchase?

I love how dreamy this painting looks. Almost like finding a hidden door or cave in the dark forest and once you step through, you see this bright and illuminated world that was waiting to be discovered. The bright, almost neon colors, pop. The trees beckon to follow. The heart forest holds all things magical.✨ But you have to find the path to the door.🧭🚪🗺️ Mesmerizing painting, Joni. Thank you for sharing.😘❤️🩷🤍💫

That is a fine scene Joni - you have an eye for nature. It may be a fantasy scene but at lot of the detail is is very realistic. I really like the way you paint trees - distant, intermediate or foreground thay are all convincing - keeping things simple is the key I guess, something I always struggle with. I've always loved trees and grew bonsai trees for many years and still have have a Japanese Larch which Ihave tended and trained for well over forty years. Makes me feel quite humble as given the chance, that tree will comfortably outlive me despite still being less than two feet tall. The tree in this painting captures that sort of spirit. Thankyou.
