I endured a surgical procedure a week ago at UCSF compression of L4, L5 with fusion at L5-1. I have recuperated successfully since then with the assistance of Roxicodone. Of equal, if not greater assistance in my convalescence has been the music therapy of Mr. Bro (as well as Mr. Baron and his bassist from Hayward, across the bay, the inimitable Mr. Morgan). Warning, these guys can be habit forming.
