I just got one . I couldn’t get a good cup of coffee out of it ,and then I started grinding at a four on my ode gen2. So it makes a tasty cup of coffee now . The whole medium to course grind did not work for me. I was about ready to sell this machine for half price on Facebook marketplace.

Which “whisk” did you use? The slotted one or the solid one?

air frying in this for things like chicken wings is awful. awful in that the grease get all in the heat elements on the bottom and they are super hard to clean. because they are so hard to clean THAT is what causes the smoking, the burnt on grease directly on the heat elements. Overall I LOVE the Breville Smart Oven, I am currently on my second one (but its on its last leg after 5 years of heavy use), so I am looking to replace it, and it will be replaced with another Breville Smart Oven! And I have never had and issue with toast, it works GREAT for toast and for toasting bagels. Definitely measure your space before you purchase, its a HUGE toaster oven.

How do you run the self cleaning cycle?
@ChristinaNicciАй бұрын
Here’s how to use the auto-clean function based on the instructions: 1. Add Water: Fill the ice maker with water up to the designated level. 2. Activate Auto Cleaning: Press and hold the “ON/OFF” button for 5 seconds to start the self-cleaning mode. 3. Wait for Cleaning to Complete: Allow the machine to run the cleaning cycle for approximately 15 minutes. 4. Drain the Water: After the cleaning cycle, manually drain the water from the machine.

Christina, 100% agree with you this a great machine. Mine over ten years old. That's about 3,650 brews. Performs as new. Water here also meh. Descale when water reservoir becomes a bit cloudy from whatever is in water besides water. I did have to replace the arm about three years ago as the chrome finish eroded down to base metal. A old cabinet maker once said about buying tools: "Buy the last one first". Quality costs up front. Goes the distance. Almost forgot to say if ever take the switch on the brew basket apart, watch the YT video how it goes back together. Maybe some folks will find it a 30 second job. Not me. Bought a wire mesh filter, instead of using paper ones. Easy to clean. Paid for itself many times over.

Just FYI, the grease stains you're talking about are oil polymerization. This is the same process that seasons cast iron skillets, for example. Not harming anything and completely cosmetic (unless you notice decreased fan output)

I'm sitting along with you. The company website has smaller versions. Crossing my fingers I can find an affordable one even if it means doing without some " bells and whistles. " Best wishes!
@Amybnuy2 ай бұрын
@@bridgettstephens5582 tbh I think (personally) a lot of the extra features are gimmicky! Like I'm sure you can also dry food if you set the tempt o say 50c and use super convection? I'm not sure if the device will allow it tho. smaller also means more efficient and less energy if it's big enough! I"m tempted to go with the smaller ones because it's also cheaper, but i'm caught in the "what if"
