Hi, that brown powder is Metro BBQ spice which is slightly similar to Kapana spice in Namibia. In SA, there's the Six Gun Grill spice that you can use. Regardless, use any spice that you are comfortable with

Hi dear. It is almost the same as the Six Gun Grill spice in SA. I doubt that Kapana spice is available in SA

Dit is te verstane maar veral met pap tert kan jy heelwat oorboord met die toppings gaan. Maak net seker dat die pap nie te hard of sag is nie, hoor🤗. Speserye kan jy volgens jou smaak insit.

Hi Margi dear! I added the 2 tablespoons of brown vinegar and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar for a sweet & sour taste to the meal. This for sure I didn't show in the video but at least shared with you guys what I added for taste🤭

Hi dear! It's a Namibian spice called Kapana. Am not sure it it is available in SA. You can always use any BBQ, droëwors or biltong spice

Viva Kapana Spice👏🏾👏🏾 one of the best spices i have ever had especially being so versatile , you can practically use it on almost any fish, meat or chicken marinade etc

@@MenowJaansCooking I actually bought it in Namibia when i was for holiday and went to a place where they cooked Kapana meat, instantly fell in love with the way of braaing Kapana meat and the spice as well, and so i stock piled it because i loved it and knew i would never get anything like it in Zimbabwe, where i live. Im guessing Kapana spice from is native to Namibia and only found there, I haven't seen it else where.

@@juliamaraba7335 it is Kapana Spice, a Namibian product. Am not sure if you will get it in SA. You can substitute it with any spice of your choice
