I've had such a good experience with this product! I've done it every 8 weeks or so for the last year! I definitely had to read the directions a million times, though, even though I think they're fairly straightforward.

I was about to order, but then I googled it and reddit has a bunch of bad review for luxe cosmetics. A lot of peoppe were saying they had to get their bank to do charge backs, after months of waiting, in order for them to even send the product. At which point they also sent the people emails askjng them to contact their bank and stop the chargeback. Everyone is saying it's from China and the company is scammy. On top of that apparently, some things are one time use, like the things you put on your lid, but they only come with one application worth, when you are supposed to be able to do multiple applications. Etc Also that it makes the tips of your lashes super curled and wonky, so don't get it on the tips, if you buy. But the concensus is, don't buy, they are scammy.

Thank you… I get it done professionally and trust me it is a process. They were selling the stuff in Instagram. I was like why in the world they sell this. Glue can get into your eye, the chemical can make any person blind if it isn’t done right … I’m not gonna go ahead and poked my eyeballs that is not going to happen. I always tell people get it done professionally instead!

I did this kit and I also had my friend that is a aesthetician come over and help me and she had no problem. You definitely need somebody to help apply this. I feel like if you do it on your own, it could be extremely hard if you aren’t coordinated

THANK YOU FOR YOUR HONESTY. it is what ppl comee to see. I was watching your other video while attempting to do the lift. I have been a DIY skin care enthusiast for years and so expecred a learning curve. I spent well over an hour trying to glue one pad to my eyelid. Another 20 minutes trying to glue the lashes to it (while I was trying to keep the pad edges down) and finally after about 1 1/2 hrs. I gave up. Smh. The directions were fairly straight forward and I had watched a few different videos of ladies doing a lash lift before attempting it. The glue burnt my eyelid so much I was very close to removing it and washing it off, but I held out and the pain faded. But honestly, the pad edges would not stay down (they did get trimmed to size) the glue burned like a seroisly strong chemical peel and the lashes wouldnt stick but got covered in lash glue. I will look into an in-office lash lift after this experience.

I like how you're really trying to give them the benefit of the doubt lol But don't worry about it too much, they're doing just fine and will keep deleting all the negative comments from their posts like they've always been doing lol Oh and just bc they're based in the Netherlands doesn't mean that their products aren't made in China lol 😉😊😅

So GLAD I watch this video. It's not even the bad review, it's them trying to bribe you to take down a non favorable review. If you're review helped them to " improve" their product they should NOT have an issue with it being up. For that reason, I will NOT be purchasing from this company. Very shady behavior.

I am on my third box of Luxe Lash Life. Very easy to use (KZbin tutorial helps). I love my lashes and they last 2 months. Saves me so much money from having them done professionally. Next I'm going to try the tint.

You don’t need to apply glue to the stencils, you just peel off the back to adhere.

As an aesthetician, I just don’t see how this is a good idea at home. You’re perming your lashes. I hope you pay attention to the timer, so you don’t fry your eyelashes. Not to mention when you do a brow tint with someone with light hair blonde, you really really want to customize that color. Blend . The Brown (lt brown, med brown, dark brown) may be too dark. Close your eyes and apply it to your eyelashes? Really that’s challenging. You did give it your best shot!

I am so glad I seen this before buying. They always make it look easy when advertising. I don't think its as easy as they made it look. I appreciate you being so real. I deleted my purchase. Its back to the eye lashes or eye lash curler.

If you take your time when getting the lashes to stick to the pad, it’s sooo worth it. I just did mine a few weeks ago and it was super easy. A little fiddly to begin with but by the second eyelash I did, I was a pro

I'm not surprised Luxe company asked you to take down this video coz yes you are hurting their company. I mean what a mess you did in this video, you are confused on what to do because you did not read the instructions carefully before you even start. your phone is falling from where you put it. I feel sorry for Luxe company. I'm just saying.

There was literally no information in the directions, and this is what it is truly like for someone to get this kit who has no experience using something like this. They marketed to the everyday women and literally had no words on their instruction page and just expect people to stick a bunch of chemicals on their eyes. I stand by my review.

@@sparkleandgrowmine came with a booklet and clear instructions … I didn’t wing it like you did when I ordered 🤦🏼♀️ Just saying … you can’t give a proper review if you don’t actually follow the instructions correctly. If you didn’t get a booklet or any instructions, why not message the company to ask before you do the review 🤷🏼♀️ It’s slightly shady and not an accurate review if you are just winging it and making up what you’re doing then don’t like the final outcome. I was hesitant before doing mine but I followed the instructions and also took my time with it. The results are there … if you do what the package says to do

I literally offered to do a new review with their so-called updated product they agreed to send me and never did after trying to bribe me. Refer to update video.

I have so much lashes they don’t even stick to the silicone and no matter how much glue I apply they don’t stick I’m so upset. Not to mention thin the glue dries so quickly and just just comes off when I brush my lashes to stick to the silicone 😭

Unless they reformulated it, the first ingredient in this product is tetrafluoropropene, which doesn't show up on the ingredient list on their website. This is a forever chemical that causes cancer. Not really modern nature, is it....

My order arrived in a reasonable amount of time BUT I ordered it before I read bad experiences and saw reviews. I used it on my colleague and was impressed. The results are amazing. It was easy and really good to work with. I placed the order and found the bad reviews 2 days later. I suffer from hair loss and have kind of bald spots on my forehead. I ordered also the hair growth serum which is not working according to the other customers. I have the parcel sitting with me for more than a week now, unopened and reluctant to use it

Omg please use it. Worked great for me! The lash growth serum takes a good 30 days of consistent use to see results. But results are amazing. Take your time, read the instructions, watch Luxes tutorial videos (not random people on YT who didnt do it right) and *be patient and thorough). Some people who are seeing crazy curly and disheveled lashes probably let the perm sit on the ends of their lashes which you are not supposed to do. Make sure you are combing them up and spacing them out correctly before you put on the perm and make sure you do not get them wet for 24 to 48 hours and don't sleep on your face because they are still forming their curl and can get disheveled if we don't brush them and take care of them. Think about taking care of curly hair 🤙🏾
