Hey mate - the main weakaura package is Luxthos' Priest Weak Auras, which you can find on his site! There's a lot of other bits and pieces too, but that should get you most of the way there.

Hey Mate - I use Luxthos Weakauras with a few customizations, you can Google it and find his site. The timers come from LittleWigs, which is the mythic+ extension for BigWigs.
