Hello, greeting from Taiwan. Mine is 2017 i3 Rex. Driving it is absolutely fun. And surprisingly, it's very easy to maintain. I have only replaced tires and small battery so far. Still very like it, and would like to keep it for long term.

After six years with my VelSatis 2.0dci from 2007, I switched to a Volvo V70 a year ago. Next weekend it will be replaced again by a VelSatis 3.5 V6. I can hardly wait ;-)

A very nice presentation of the i3. I have been driving an i3 for a few months now and am more than happy with it. However, I find the steering very difficult. It seems to me that the steering has a higher resistance than other cars. What is your impression of the steering?

Nice to see a newer review of these, they are the cutest little cars. I know nothing about EVs, swore I would never even consider an EV until I saw one of these and fell in love with it. 😂 I'm about a year out from actually purchasing a car but my heart is set on getting one of these.

Congrats on your new car! The lounge interior (not my favorite choice so far) actually matches this beautifully optioned i3 really well. It's a class car. A pity this Scenuc was not more successful. Renault should have veen more aggressive with there advertising of it and should have offered good deals on it. It is so much better than any boring SUV.

I don’t like the way it shifts, it sounds like it’s having a panic attack

I just bought this car. It is my first gasoline car, had two diesels before. I knew it was going to act differently regarding power delivery, but I was surprised it only really pulls from 3000rpm. Is that normal? Because the top torque is at 1800rpm I believe. Also, when accelerating from standstill, lots of noise (high rpm), but not so much pull in first gear - and with a delay in lower rpm and than from 3000rpm it pushes. It does pull when already driving though, like when overtaking or getting on a highway. Better than my BlueHdi diesel. I do think the EAT6 in my previous car (C4 Grand Picasso) was a bit smoother, but that could be because of the diesel engine that needed less high rpm.

Just wait until I get a Yaris with a 2003 Nissan Elgrand E51 horn, it will sound the same but even more better than the original lol
