My bumper fell off a month ago and just been riding like that. Which cause my wiring for the back lights to short circuit. I got it fixed and now i just need to fix the bumper but how do i put it back on? I dont think i have rhat Styrofoam looking thing yours did. Should i just buy a front bumper?

Love these Mercedes. I have a 2002 CLK430 coupe. Got it cheap. Sat couple years with one window stuck down. Would not turn over. Turned out to be a lost ground wire to the motor from the chassis. Fuse missing for the window. Straight piped. Sounds mean! Love to get a cabriolet some day

Picked up a 2002 430 coupe for couple hundred. Sat couple years under a tree. Seller gave up on it. It wouldn’t turn over. Starter tested out fine. Ended up being a broken ground cable.

All you do is use a jack with a piece of wood and jack up one side of the car. The car will be on Jack stands also

@@supersonicsoda3 gotcha....I used the oil pan, hence the piece of wood, raise it enough to slide the mount out. Some people use the crank pulley, I don't like that.

I need quite the stuff my dad has had it for bout 16 years and now I’m starting to drive it it needs a deep clean, paint job and seats need repairing, the radio and buttons need replacements and also mines not a convertible but has a sunroof instead I Alr ordered the rubber for it I need more of the wood molding that goes in the side of the car too it’s just like this guys a greenish tint 😅🙏 lmk if you know anyone with spare parts or have any your self please 🙏

Nice work brother glad it was a easy fix with the oil pressure sensor causing the leak but good to replace the valve cover gaskets and that engine bay cleaned up nice...
