Currently staying at the resort if that's what you want to call it. There's absolutely no customer service. The rec room even though it wasn't damaged in their fire this last year is completely closed along with their laundry room. The pool and hot tub are also closed down. When you check in you have to run your own key cards and be on a phone via TeleCheck in. They were over an hour late for our check-in and then got snobby with me when I called an hour later to ask for a crib for my daughter. Along with telling me there was no one on site so I'd have to wait till the next day which they didn't bring so I had to call again. When asking for more towels they told me were they were located so I could as I was told get them myself. Half the dishes were dirty in the shelves and drawers we've been here for four days and will be here for 7 I have yet to see someone come in and offer clean towels clean bedding or to even sweep the floor. I have a one-year-old with me so I requested to have a broom that way I may do it myself. let's not talk about what I found under the furniture. This place is a rat hole it is an apartment complex that is outdated and falling apart. My son and I found this out as we walked around and found all the home decor in the other complex areas windows. We will never come here again and if you're smart don't bother wasting your time share the dump.

Wonderful resort!

This place is a total dive, hole in the wall. Our room is filthy, smells and we are actually afraid to sit on the furniture or touch anything. We are not travel snobs and have stayed in nicer/cleaner motels for $50/night. We are quite disappointed in trading a week of our timeshare in Hawaii for this dump. This is an old apartment complex that has been turned into a timeshare that markets itself as a "Resort". It is not a resort. We advise against staying here as there are many other better hotels to stay in the area, as well as better timeshares.
