That was the worst 2 weeks of my life with no new Bored Dads Cycling videos.

19:39 I will usually stop at stop signs if there are other traffic there. But I do blow by my fair share of stop signs. So I am not in any position to point fingers. You do you.

I have to completely agree with you what you said about the bike, if you cycle like that you have no stress on the contrary it is healthy for your body. I do feel connected to you in that, because I also think the same as you when I go cycling.

Cool! It's interesting to me because it's a childhood activity that carried into adulthood, and has never lost its magic. Thanks for the comment!

I have ridden the High Park loop hundreds of times though not for decades now. But I remembered every inch fondly. I like the hypnotic music. Nice to see they've removed those ridiculous traffic control outcroppings. Thanks for posting this video. Stay safe.

Looks super. Out of curiosity, what kind of stretches do you do before and after such a bike ride?
@BoredDadsCycling4 ай бұрын
Beforehand, nothing. Afterwards, mostly the regular stuff including pigeon pose. But I've also added lats stretches as I find they are tight after a ride. That might be a bad bike fit though, need to look further into it.

Wow in 32mm slicks. Well done 🙌🏼. Too bad about the broken derailleur - so much bike carnage. I was in Start 2.
@BoredDadsCycling4 ай бұрын
Bike carnage is a good way to put it. It was really fun nonetheless. For next year I'll prep better by doing more shoulder presses. Need to be able to comfortably carry my bike over the mud slides 😁.
