I use a n Acer Chromebook 713 for everything. It's built like a tank, has a beautiful 4k screen, an amazing keyboard, has great ports, grood battery life, and it is very speedy. I can use windows 365 online for word processing, ettc., There are cloud based gaming chromebooks that work very well and why do people complain aobut not being able have dozens of tabs open--who does that? I would suggest checking out chrome unboxed if you you want a good rundown on chromebooks and what they can do.

I've never had any problems using good old pen and paper. It's very cost effective, distraction free, has the highest resolution ever, has amazing contrast, is nearly as light as... well paper, doesn't break if you accidentally sit on it and the battery never needs charging

appreciate videos like this. been using a surface pro 7 for all of my undergrad and grad school for statistics. Love my SP7 for taking notes but the machine learning related work I do becomes difficult on the SP7. I have been looking into M4 PRO MacBook Pro, and the Surface Laptop 7, but unfortunately, RStudio is not available natively for Windows on ARM yet so it's kind of a no go for now. I get tired of having this battery anxiety all the time. I always have to be somewhere near an outlet, which is not always convenient. Most of all my SSD is not upgradable like the new SP11. so, the 256GB I am stuck with has me constant looking through old stuff to delete and not getting my hands dirty with larger projects for the fear of memory. My SP7 has done me well, I wish the Surface Laptop 7 was a viable option because right now at $1,499 for a 15in 12-core snapdragon X elite with 32GB RAM and 1TB SSD, it's a great deal, but Windows on ARM is just not quite there yet for the data scientist use case.

Coming from Iphone 14PM not going to lie I miss the Iphone better speaker sound and better camera But I bought the Iphone 16PM besides doesn't feel like an upgrade I noticed lagging and screen refresh rate of 120Hz lock on 80Hz and not registering tap sometimes. I returned my 16PM for a refund Going to wait for Iphone 17PM Bought the S24+ snapdragon In my opinion I think Snapdragon is better than Exynos But comes down to individual preference
