This was a TCS WowSound Decoder. They have speakers available on their website.

SD45T-2 actually, as of now all of these units were downgraded to 16-645E3s and equipped with newer technology, so they are technically SD40-3s

No 142 is a China Railways SY 2-8-2 production no SY1647m. These locomotives are still in use today in industrial, freight, and rarely, passenger service in china. Steam still lives somewhere in the world.

To clarify, #142 is a Chinese SY-class 2-8-2 that was bought new and imported to the US in 1989.
