Well done mate for a walk through. Dont like it when other brokers put crappy music over images, - wind noise, natural narration is the only way to get a feel of the boat.

Hi, thank you for your interest. Yes, the Tv is in an unusual position, but it does go down. It's the current owners choice. I guess because you can view it from both lounges. I am sure it can be relocated to another desired position in the salon. That's the beauty with boats. You can change things to make them your own

Thanks for your interest. I will add an engine room video soon as it's so clean. The asking price is $490,000 Australian Dollars,or around $320,000 US, but as that may change with a price reduction if it does not sell within a month. So that's why I dont mention the price in the videos. A new version, now called a 35 Swift Trawler, is around $525,000 US for a similar optioned boat

Hi, The Prowlers were designed to run on lower HP outboards. They are family cruisers. Definitely not Douglas Skater..

Hi William, thanks for the interest. The yacht sold in 2019. I keep the videos as they form part of our marketing and historical sales reference so buyers can see the types of yachts and boats we sell as well as interest from yacht and boat owners that wosh to sell and list with us....

Thank you for your interest Olaf. Firstly the video walkthrough is not the primary marketing. I use dedicated boat and yacht websites for that and the video forms part of the marketing. The reason for not mentioning the price is because it may be subject to change, ie a price reduction, and therefore it serves to gain an understanding of the vessel, not every detail as the video would be too long. If you are an interested buyer simply have a look at the boat / yacht marketing or our site at Euroyachts Australia.

@@brankojerbic6040 if you put that information on any website, you are very good at hiding it. There is no link in the video description. There is no link in a comment. The only link on this channel is the "author's website" in the profile's "about" tab - and that one points back at the channel, so people can chase their own tails. Some 19th-century brokers even disable comments, to avoid any way for potential buyers to get more information. Luckily that wasn't done here.

Right. Sorry. Serious buyer here and love the boat. But these vids w/o prices immediately piss me off. You've put together a great video. Why make me jump through hoops to get a price to figure out if it's even worth my time? No one, not even you, like taking extra, unnecessary steps to do anything. Time is money. Not clicking the link without knowing the price first. So what if the price drops? That is NOT good marketing.

I didn't realise it was legal to live onboard a boat in Australia. I thought all states and territories in Australia had laws that meant you cannot use a boat as you primary or sole residence?

Thank you for your interest. I do not quote a price on the video as is subject to change. So its started off at $190,000 Aud and has now been reduced ro $175,000 Aud ( Australian Dollars ) around $128,000 US at current rate of exchange...
