It does work. My son and I did this same technique amd found a few numbers which had not been called in many months at all, and had not won in over 5 years either. We picked those numbers and watched for just a few weeks and they actually were called on the same night! The trick is to also pick those numbers with others that have been pulled before, possibly many times in the last few months and is quite common. There is usually a mix.
