"It’s disappointing to see such a one-sided portrayal of Delhi. Like any major city, Delhi has its challenges, but it’s also a city full of rich history, vibrant culture, and incredible hospitality. By focusing only on its flaws, you’ve misrepresented a place that means so much to millions of people. Every city in the world has areas that need improvement, but that doesn’t define the whole city. As a visitor, you had an opportunity to highlight both the challenges and the beauty of Delhi, providing a balanced perspective. I hope in the future, you take a more responsible approach to showcasing the places you visit."
@Backpacking-theworld15 күн бұрын
@atulbharti100 I'm sorry you feel that way but I don't think it's one-sided at all, try living there and have 11 years shaved off your life expectancy and I'm sure you'll change your mind!
@Backpacking-theworld15 күн бұрын
I have to be honest with you when the air quality is so bad that you feel your throat burning and perpetually short of breath then it's reasonable to suggest that it's not a very liveable city at all, I'm sorry but I don't understand the controversy... Sure you're right Delhi has a rich historical and cultural heritage, but this isn't nearly enough to compensate for the current state it's in I've travelled all over the world and Delhi was my least favourite place, I'm quite explicit about that

I've lived in Delhi, it's not one sided.. 98% of Delhi is 'challenges' you've mentioned. The remaining 1 or 2 % suitable for humans that too for the richest of the rich..but once you step outside and get down to the streets it's not. I also developed chronic respiratory and digestive problems living in Delhi.. There are poor or middle class people in other countries too they don't live in such horrible conditions

Don't worry Pakistan lahore again is at no 1 lol... Its old article by now
@Backpacking-theworld15 күн бұрын
@Cosmic-p8x yes you're right it's a regional issue, it's not just an India problem or a Pakistan problem, or a Bangladesh problem, it affects the whole region pollution doesn't respect borders Hopefully the relevant countries can put their enmity aside to reach a multilateral agreement on curbing these lethal pollution levels, but I see no sign of this so far...

@Backpacking-theworld15 күн бұрын
@Cosmic-p8x I think I might have enjoyed delhi if it wasn't for the pollution (I came at a bad time of year) But it's so tragic, a public health emergency that reduces life expectancy by as much as 11 years! People are dying prematurely because of this, it's very sad to see
